Requirements:

Hands-on experience in a high-volume , fast-paced environment Mentoring and training prowess Communication wizardry for conflict resolution and team direction Strong attention to detail. We use Restaurant365, Toast, and Paycom to streamline processes.

Your schedule:

4-6 Shifts per week, 32-40 hours/week. Daytime shifts available Weekends and holidays As for the perks: Pay rate: $17 to start, plus tips ( Tip game strong, adding $6-$10/hour extra to your pocket - varies by location ) Love dessert, great company, and unforgettable experiences?
