Salary Range:
$16 - $18 an hour Food Services Facilitator WRSD is seeking a qualified food services facilitator at our Bay Path University site to receive and serve lunches on a daily basis. Order breakfast and lunch items as needed and maintain daily logs as assigned. This position will follow the school calendar (183 days). This role is expected to begin in August 2026 for the 26-27 school year. Primary Duties Receive food delivery on arrival Maintain daily logs of food items, quantity of food, and temperature of food items upon arrival according to DPH guidelines Check temperature of food just before serving lunches Serve lunches daily to all students Review with Longmeadow Campus Administrative Assistant what breakfast items need to be ordered twice weekly Maintain the cleanliness and order of the kitchen, including the refrigerator in the kitchen to keep it from getting cluttered with outdated food or condiments Manage and store all breakfast items Email the appropriate Sodexo staff with breakfast, lunch orders or concerns Requirements Knowledge of food services Knowledge and understanding of the Department of Public Health (DPH) guidelines regarding food service Ability to maintain a log of food temperatures daily Computer Skills Progress toward Intermediate rating on the SLPI or other comparable sign language proficiency exam to be evaluated every two years from hire. Salary will be based on degree(s) and experience.
