TGI Fridays is seeking a dependable and organized Restaurant Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and help lead the service team. This role involves coordinating staff, monitoring food and service quality, assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness standards, and helping ensure smooth operations throughout each shift. The ideal candidate has strong communication and leadership skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily restaurant operations and guest-service activities. Coordinate staff assignments and workflow throughout each shift. Guide and support servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and other team members. Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and customer-service standards. Assist with employee training, onboarding, and coaching. Respond to guest questions, requests, and routine service concerns professionally. Help maintain efficient guest seating, order flow, and table turnover. Monitor food, beverage, and service supply levels. Assist with inventory organization, restocking, and supply requests. Support POS operations and routine cash-handling procedures. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining and service areas. Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational checklists. Communicate staffing, supply, and service issues to restaurant management. Follow food-safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company procedures. Work cooperatively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth service. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food-service experience. Previous supervisory, shift-lead, or team-lead experience is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills. Reliable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good attention to service quality, cleanliness, and operational details. Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant procedures.
