Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Key Hourly Front of House Manager to lead our front-of-house team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold service standards, and contribute to the overall success of our hospitality environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about food service management and team leadership. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced setting Manage shift operations, including opening, mid, closing, and ensuring smooth service flow throughout the day Train new team members on food handling, customer service protocols, POS systems (including Toast), and safety procedures Oversee cash handling and POS transactions Enforce food safety standards and proper food handling practices in compliance with health regulations Conduct staff interviews for new hires, provide coaching, and support ongoing training & development initiatives Skills Extensive experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; excellent cash handling skills Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or restaurant management roles with team leadership responsibilities Knowledge of food safety management, inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis but not required Strong communication skills for managerial communication, staff training, interviewing, and customer service excellence Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality and food quality, Familiarity with culinary techniques, food production processes, and catering experience is a plus expereince in high volume restaurants is prefered, but not required Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
