Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food prep, cooking, and service flow to ensure smooth shifts. Lead and motivate staff through training, coaching, and performance management to maintain high standards of customer service. Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and reducing waste to maximize profitability. Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations. Assist with shift management by coordinating staff schedules, delegating tasks, and resolving operational issues promptly. Conduct staff interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a strong, capable team committed to excellence. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or management experience in hospitality or food service settings. Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food handling procedures. Excellent communication skills for team management, training, and customer interactions. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and inventory purposes. Prior experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles is highly desirable.
