In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of food safety, customer service, and hospitality. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline service processes, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest journey while honing your management skills in a dynamic food industry setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure top-tier service delivery Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, customer interactions, and ensuring smooth workflow during busy hours Manage food preparation and presentation standards to guarantee quality and consistency across all menu items Utilize POS system for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels, monitor food safety compliance, and coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain optimal stock levels Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, ongoing training & development sessions to build a motivated and skilled team Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food handling and food safety management Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly Proficiency in POS systems , strong cash handling skills Solid understanding of inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food production processes Experience in fine dining or casual dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional customer service skills paired with effective managerial communication and team training abilities Being a team player is a must!
