Full-time Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food service operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Duties:

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs while maintaining high-quality standards
• Manage and supervise all food and beverage operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation practices
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service
• Conduct regular inventory control to manage food and beverage stock levels
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions
• Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries or complaints in a timely manner
• Oversee the hiring process, including interviewing and selecting qualified candidates for food service positions
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors

Experience:

• Proven experience in culinary arts, food preparation, and food service management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and experience in managing food costs
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a food service setting
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising staff members
