Warehouse Lead - Woburn 2nd Shift Westaff - 3.9 Woburn, MA Job Details Temporary $23.50 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Maintaining an organized workspace Packing Labeling Staff scheduling Unloading Routine inspections Inbound logistics Mid-level Implementation of OSHA safety standards Clean workspace maintenance Clamp truck Order picking Machine minor repairs Customer complaint resolution Full Job Description Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment. Maintain equipment and materials in a net, clean and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on assigned equipment. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards. Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas. Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards. Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers or containers. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances. Label, sort, wrap, pack, un-pack & re-pack or provide other value added services as required. Assist in establishing schedules. Ensure that the schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are completed properly. Apply sound communication and leadership techniques in assigning work and coaching associates. Carry out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Job Requirements
