Worcester, MA Looking for a part-time role with set hours — no late nights, no weekends, and a schedule that fits your life? As our Dining Room Lead, you'll set the tone for dinner service each evening, lead a small, supportive team, and be the friendly face our residents look forward to seeing. If you love hospitality and want to bring warmth and organization to every meal, we'd love to meet you. A Day in This Role You'll arrive each afternoon and get the dining room ready to shine — tables set, linens crisp, everything in its place. During dinner service, you'll wait tables yourself, lead your team by example, and make sure every resident feels welcomed and well cared for. Once service wraps up, you'll reset the room and leave everything ready for a smooth start the next day. Key Responsibilities Set up the dining room for dinner service, including table arrangement and placement of utensils and linens. Wait on tables during the dinner service, providing attentive and gracious service to residents. Supervise a small team of waitstaff, ensuring they remain on task and follow departmental policies. Meet, greet, and assist residents to their seats with a warm and friendly demeanor. Clean and reset the dining room after dinner service and ensure the room is fully prepared for the following day. What You Bring Proficiency with standard dining room operations; strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with point-of-sale systems or reservation software is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families, and waitstaff. Previous restaurant, food service, or supervisory experience preferred.
