The Hourly Manager plays an important role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining product quality, supporting team members, and ensuring daily operations meet company standards. Responsibilities Lead and support team members during assigned shifts Ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience Oversee daily store operations and shift execution Prepare and maintain fresh pretzels and other menu items according to company standards Ensure proper food preparation, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures are followed Monitor product quality, freshness, and inventory levels Train, coach, and motivate team members Assign tasks and ensure team members stay productive throughout the shift Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally Operate the POS system and accurately handle cash and transactions Assist with opening and closing procedures Complete required shift paperwork and operational tasks Communicate important information and issues to store management Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Qualifications Previous leadership or food-service experience preferred Strong communication and customer-service skills Reliable, responsible, and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and making decisions during a shift Ability to train and coach team members Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Pay:
$19.00 - $19.50 per hour
