Key Responsibilities:

Oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service Supervise and support team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and ordering supplies as needed Ensure compliance with Uno brand standards, including food quality, cleanliness, and safety protocols Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels Collaborate with management to meet operational goals and improve overall performance

Skills and Qualifications:
