Mobile Crisis Supervisor (Day Shift)
Full-Time/Onsite Position Salary:
$95,524 - $105,446 (commensurate with education, credentials, and experience) This is an onsite position. The Anne Arundel County Mental Health Agency, Inc. is seeking an experienced and independently licensed behavioral health professional to serve as a Mobile Crisis Supervisor within its Crisis Response System. This position is located within the Crisis Response System (CRS) of the Anne Arundel County Mental Health Agency, Inc. (Agency). Reporting to the Crisis Response System Director, this position provides clinical and administrative oversight of the Mobile Crisis Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality crisis intervention, stabilization, case management, and community-based behavioral health services. The supervisor collaborates closely with clinicians, law enforcement, hospitals, and community partners to support individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, or emotional crises. Supervise and support Mobile Crisis Team Leads and staff. Coordinate staff scheduling and rotating weekend coverage, review assessments and provide clinical guidance and performance feedback, monitor client follow-up activities and service quality, Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and staff evaluations, develop protocols, training materials, and operational procedures, maintain community resource and referral information, participate in rotating on-call coverage as needed, provide crisis intervention, advocacy, and consultation when necessary, deliver crisis response and de-escalation training to law enforcement and community partners. Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling required as well as an LCSW-C or LCPC Benefits include: 10 days paid vacation and 5 days paid sick leave the first year (both vacation and sick leave can be accrued indefinitely); Agency contributions to individual staffs' 403b account paid twice per year (following 6 months' employment) at a percentage rate approved by the Board of Directors; 12 paid holidays per year; health, vision and dental benefits (Agency pays 80% of the premium); long term, short term disability and AD&D insurance.
