Ava's Hospitality Group What You'll Do:

Deliver warm, knowledgeable service, including guiding guests through our menu and wine list Open and close the restaurant and run pre-shift meetings Assign sections and side work, and keep the floor running smoothly Resolve guest concerns and handle cash-outs and end-of-shift reports Train new servers and jump in wherever the team needs you

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of serving experience, preferably high-volume or Upscale dining Shift lead or training experience is a plus Wine knowledge or a willingness to learn Calm under pressure, leads by example, and holds others accountable with respect Availability to work evenings and weekends Sound like you? Pay:

$3.63 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 30.0 per week
