• Position Overview
• A growing food manufacturing organization is seeking a
• PM Warehouse Supervisor
• to provide hands-on leadership for its night-shift warehouse operations. This position is responsible for ensuring warehouse activities are completed
• safely, accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
• . The Supervisor will lead employees on the floor, establish shift priorities, monitor productivity, address operational issues, and ensure outbound shipments and inventory activities meet established standards.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Lead daily warehouse activities during the assigned night shift.

+ Assign work and establish priorities based on shipping and operational requirements. + Ensure outbound orders are prepared and shipped accurately and on schedule. + Monitor employee attendance, staffing levels, workload, and productivity. + Coach, train, cross-train, and develop warehouse employees. + Address performance issues and reinforce expectations consistently. + Maintain compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety requirements, and established processes. + Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. + Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Transportation, and other departments to resolve operational issues. + Communicate shift results, outstanding issues, and priorities to warehouse management. + Identify operational problems and support root-cause resolution. + Participate in continuous-improvement initiatives and implementation of new warehouse processes and technology. + Provide hands-on support to the warehouse team when operational needs require it.

• Qualifications
• + •3+ years•of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing logistics, or similar operational experience preferred.

• 1+ year
• of warehouse leadership, team-lead, or supervisory experience preferred. + Experience within
• food manufacturing, cold storage, refrigerated warehousing, or high-volume distribution
• strongly preferred. + Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse safety, and scheduling. + Experience with
• WMS/ERP systems, RF scanners, timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office
• preferred. + Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to coach employees, establish expectations, and maintain accountability. + Comfortable working in refrigerated/freezer environments. + Must be available to work
