- Position Overview
- A growing food manufacturing organization is seeking a
- PM Warehouse Supervisor
- to provide hands-on leadership for its night-shift warehouse operations. This position is responsible for ensuring warehouse activities are completed
- safely, accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
- . The Supervisor will lead employees on the floor, establish shift priorities, monitor productivity, address operational issues, and ensure outbound shipments and inventory activities meet established standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Lead daily warehouse activities during the assigned night shift.
- Qualifications
- + •3+ years•of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing logistics, or similar operational experience preferred.
- 1+ year
- of warehouse leadership, team-lead, or supervisory experience preferred. + Experience within
- food manufacturing, cold storage, refrigerated warehousing, or high-volume distribution
- strongly preferred. + Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse safety, and scheduling. + Experience with
- WMS/ERP systems, RF scanners, timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office
- preferred. + Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to coach employees, establish expectations, and maintain accountability. + Comfortable working in refrigerated/freezer environments. + Must be available to work
- Sunday through Thursday from 6:00 PM-2:00 AM
