Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly and efficiently. Manage shift responsibilities including opening or closing the café, cash handling, and ensuring cleanliness standards are maintained. Lead team members during shifts by delegating tasks, motivating staff, and ensuring excellent food safety and food handling practices. Maintain inventory levels of supplies, monitor product freshness, and assist with food preparation when needed. Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods while maintaining quality service. Support sales goals through proactive upselling of beverages and food items to enhance guest experience.

Requirements:

Reliable and Responsible Strong communication and organizational skills Pleasant disposition, sociable, accommodating nature, and enthusiasm Self-motivation, creativity, and adaptability Excellent customer service skills Must be able to read English Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure Available to work flexible hours Experience with a POS system (desired) Quick learner in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
