As the GM, you will be the driving force behind daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and fostering a motivated and cohesive team. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize restaurant performance, and uphold our commitment to hospitality and culinary excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned management professional passionate about food service and team development. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to ensure smooth transaction processing and accurate sales reporting. Supervise kitchen activities, including food production, inventory control, and adherence to food safety standards. Lead staff training initiatives focused on customer service excellence, food handling, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Handle cash management duties, including cash handling procedures, balancing registers, and financial reconciliation. Monitor inventory levels regularly to minimize waste and control costs while maintaining quality standards. Conduct shift management by scheduling staff effectively to meet customer demand during peak hours and special events like banquets or catering services. Implement managerial communication strategies to foster teamwork, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability. Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety policies, and industry best practices across all restaurant functions. Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in food industry operations. Extensive experience with food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales tracking and reporting. Demonstrated success in supervising teams, conducting interviews, training staff, and developing talent within hospitality settings. Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis in a restaurant environment. Background in casual dining or fine dining establishments is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of customer service and food safety compliance. Excellent communication skills suited for managerial roles involving staff training, team leadership, and customer interactions.
