The Hilton Rockville is looking for an experienced Director of Food & Beverage with strong banquet background. This position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the Food & Beverage operation and to ensure that the outlets and events operate successfully. Outlets include restaurant, bar and café. Work closely with the Executive Chef, Banquet/Catering and Sales team to ensure smooth and successful events & meetings Manage and direct Food & Beverage associates to include training, coaching and cultivating a positive and proficient environment while ensuring guest satisfaction Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labor costs and profitability Participation and input towards F&B Marketing Qualifications 5 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience running multiple outlets and banquet experience Knowledge of operating a budget, revenue, labor, inventory systems, and costs Knowledge of bar wine & spirits, building cocktail programs & wine lists Must be able to effectively communicate with associates and guests Budgeted salary range for this position is $105,000 - $110,000. This position is bonus eligible based on meeting established goals.
