At Peppa Pig World of Play , our Admissions Leads help support the team that creates the very first impression for every family who visits. This is a hands-on, entry-level leadership role where you'll learn how to lead in a fun, fast-paced environment — with support from experienced supervisors and managers every step of the way. You'll never be expected to figure things out alone. We work as a team, and our leaders are always there to support you. Qualifications & Experience What You'll Do Help support the Admissions team during daily operations Keep lines moving and guest energy positive Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience Help train and motivate team members Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day Why This Role Is Great for New Leaders A great first leadership role for someone ready to grow Learn valuable leadership and guest service experience Work alongside supportive supervisors and managers Build confidence leading a team in a real attraction environment No corporate office experience needed What We're Looking For You'd be a great fit if you: Are outgoing, positive, and confident talking to people Can stay calm in busy situations Enjoy helping and encouraging others Have experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions Want to grow into leadership Are available weekends + holidays Previous leadership or training experience is helpful, but not required.
