At Peppa Pig World of Play , our Guest Experience Leads help support the team that creates memorable experiences for all the families that visit our attraction! This is a hands-on, entry-level leadership role where you'll learn how to lead in a fun, fast-paced environment - with support from experienced supervisors and managers every step of the way. You'll never be expected to figure things out alone. We work as a team, and our leaders are always there to support you! Qualifications & Experience ?? What You'll Do Help support the Guest Experience team during daily operations Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience Help train and motivate team members Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day ??
