What You'll Do Lead shifts and help keep daily restaurant operations running smoothly Support, train, and work alongside team members Provide friendly, professional customer service Help maintain food quality and order accuracy Handle orders, cash, and POS transactions Assist with inventory, preparation, and shift organization Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant Support problem-solving and help the team through busy periods What We're Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older Leadership experience is helpful but not required Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable attendance and a willingness to take responsibility Comfortable staying organized and working efficiently during busy shifts Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with customers and teammates Open to learning different areas of restaurant operations as part of leadership development and training Weekend availability required. Holiday availability expected based on business needs. Stores are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
