Blank Slate Creamery is an award-winning, small-batch ice cream company known for making exceptional ice cream from scratch using real ingredients. We're looking for an energetic, dependable Shift Leader with a strong work ethic to help lead our team during our busiest times while ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. What You'll Do As a Shift Leader, you'll set the tone for every shift by leading by example and supporting both our customers and team members.

Responsibilities include:

Lead and motivate the team throughout each shift Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences Scoop ice cream, prepare desserts, and assist customers with product selection Train and coach team members while reinforcing company standards Open and close the store, including cash handling and daily paperwork Monitor product quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards Help manage inventory, restock products, and receive deliveries Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience Has leadership or supervisory experience (preferred but not required) Is dependable, positive, and leads by example Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills Can work 25-30 hours per week , primarily evenings and weekends Is able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Why You'll Love Working Here Earn $21
