Part-Time Shift Leader

- 18.00/hour + Tips ($5
- 8/hour average)25-30 hours per week | Evenings & Weekends Required Do you love creating great customer experiences?
Responsibilities include:
Lead and motivate the team throughout each shift Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences Scoop ice cream, prepare desserts, and assist customers with product selection Train and coach team members while reinforcing company standards Open and close the store, including cash handling and daily paperwork Monitor product quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards Help manage inventory, restock products, and receive deliveries Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeedWe're Looking For Someone Who:
