Duties Prepare and assemble pizza orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing retail sales transactions, cash handling, and customer payments. Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing counters, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and balance cash drawers at shift end. Operate kitchen equipment safely for food preparation while adhering to food handling regulations. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Proven skills in food preparation, cashiering, and food safety management within a restaurant or café setting. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Background in retail sales transactions, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence. Experience operating kitchen equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards in a food industry setting. Basic math skills for cash handling, order processing, and inventory management are essential.
