Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Supervise and lead a team of employees during shifts
• Ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
• Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Handle cash transactions and balance registers

Skills:

• Previous experience in the culinary or hospitality industry
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment
• Experience in interviewing and training staff
• Understanding of restaurant management practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
