Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Head Server/Manager to lead our dynamic restaurant team. This pivotal role combines exceptional leadership with hands-on food service expertise, ensuring an outstanding dining experience for every guest. As the Head Server/Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, uphold food safety standards, and deliver top-tier customer service. Duties Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth operations during each shift Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality standards in line with safety regulations Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Control inventory levels, monitor stock supplies, and coordinate food and beverage ordering to minimize waste and optimize costs Train new staff members on food handling, customer service protocols, and restaurant procedures to promote a skilled and confident team Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations across all areas of the restaurant Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience that exceeds expectations Skills Extensive experience in food service management within quick service, fast food, casual dining, or fine dining environments Strong leadership skills with proven staff training, supervising, and team management capabilities Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Knowledge of inventory control methods and food safety regulations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality Excellent communication skills for interviewing, training & development, and customer interaction Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high service standards under pressure Culinary experience or kitchen management background is highly desirable to support food production needs Demonstrated ability in budgeting, hospitality management, and food industry operations to optimize profitability Experience in supervising catering or banquet services is a plus for versatile restaurant environments Join us as our Head Server/Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team, elevate guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
