We're looking for you. At BattleGR, we run laser tag, axe throwing, archery tag, VR, and private events for up to 300 guests — and the energy on our floor is only as good as the person leading it. That person is our Shift Supervisor. This isn't a "stand around and watch" role. You'll set the tone for your team, own the guest experience from the moment people walk in, and hold the standard when no one's looking over your shoulder. If you're the type who holds yourself accountable, lifts others up, and genuinely loves making people's day — keep reading. What leading a shift at BattleGR looks like You arrive ready to go. You set the energy for the team before the first guest walks in. You assign your staff, run pre-shift, and make sure everyone knows the plan — and their role in it. You're on the floor, not in the back. You're greeting guests, jumping in where needed, and keeping the experience running smoothly. When something goes sideways — a late group, a game issue, an unhappy guest — you handle it with a calm head and a positive attitude. You open and close the building, handle cash, run checklists, and leave things better than you found them. You coach your team in the moment. You recognize what's working and you address what isn't, directly and with respect. You hold the standard — for yourself first, and then for everyone around you. You're a fit if People would describe you as upbeat, positive, and genuinely hospitable — not because you have to be, but because that's who you are You've led a team before in hospitality, food service, retail, recreation, or events — and you were good at it You hold yourself to a high standard and expect the same from your team You stay cool when things get busy and bring solutions, not problems You're reliable, punctual, and someone your team and your manager can count on without micromanaging You're available evenings and weekends — that's our peak time and we need you there You're 18 or older and able to stay on your feet for a full shift A bonus but not a dealbreaker: ServSafe or TIPS certification, a background in camps, youth programs, or events. What you get $16.50-$19 per hour Paid training on every activity we offer Employee and family discount on BattleGR experiences A flexible schedule that can work around school or a second job A real path to grow — we promote from within and we mean it A team that shows up for each other Full time or part time opportunities. Who we are Our mission is to bring people together through engaging experiences that create connection and lasting memories. We run by five values we call CAASH — Coachable, Accountable, Adaptable, Supportive, and Have Fun. If you read that list and thought "that's just how I operate," you'll love it here.
