As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence and delivering a unique coffee experience that aligns with our reputation as a global leader in the coffee industry. This role involves overseeing the daily operations during your assigned shift, ensuring that the Starbucks experience is optimally delivered. You will guide and support your team in achieving operational goals, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and ensuring that each customer leaves our store satisfied. Your leadership will contribute significantly to the store environment, fostering a sense of community and ensuring the Starbucks culture is evident in every customer interaction. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of the staff during shifts. Ensure all team members adhere to Starbucks standards and procedures. Manage inventory and resources for optimum efficiency. Train and mentor new team members, promoting an environment of continuous improvement. Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Uphold safety and cleanliness standards at all times in the store. Prepare and distribute shift reports to management.
