Starbucks is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver an exceptional coffeehouse experience. You will support baristas, model Starbucks' customer service standards, and ensure consistent drink quality, cleanliness, and store readiness. Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, deploying partners on the floor, and maintaining food safety and brand standards. You'll coach and train partners, help resolve customer concerns, and support inventory and merchandising.
