Duties Bar Management:

Assisting with daily opening/closing, maintaining cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with food safety and labor laws, planning and executing a bar program that aligns with the overall concept.

Team Leadership:

Supervising, training, and motivating bar staff with a dedication to unwavering standards.

Customer Service:

Handling guest facing issues promptly, maintaining a positive atmosphere, and ensuring high-quality service.

General Duties:

Tracking inventory, preparing necessary stock to ensure smooth and seamless service. Skills Expertise behind the bar. Ideally, at least 3 years of bartending experience in bar/service atmospheres with a focus on leading teams. Proficiency with POS Systems Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff at all levels Solid understanding of Bar and Wine programs Experience supervising staff in fast-paced environments with a focus on process optimization Ability to implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Proficiency in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and driving revenue growth

Pay:

$35.00 - $55.00 per hour
