Shift Leader Responsibilities:
Actively participate in day-to-day kitchen operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining food safety and quality standards Ensure all food is prepared, held, and served according to brand standards, food safety guidelines, and local health regulations Support the training and development of kitchen team members and leaders, modeling proper food safety practices and setting clear expectations for each shift Be a positive, encouraging, and dependable team player who helps maintain a safe, respectful, and disciplined kitchen environment Open and/or close the kitchen, lead shifts, and serve as a key holder when assigned Complete and verify all kitchen opening and closing procedures, including temperature logs, sanitation checklists, and cleanliness standards Communicate clearly and professionally with front-of-house leaders and kitchen team members to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations

Qualifications & Expectations:
Leadership Experience:
1-2 years of restaurant leadership experience or 3+ years of demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
