We are currently hiring for the following positions: Restaurant Manager / Starting at $25.00 Per hour + $500 Sign On Bonus after 90 days of hiring Qualifications Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred Mediterranean food experience required Pizza-making and pizza knowledge required Strong understanding of restaurant operations and food preparation Experience leading, training, and motivating restaurant employees Ability to maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service Must be dependable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Must have reliable transportation Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Required Skills Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and food preparation Knowledge of pizza preparation and cooking Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and food-safety procedures Ability to train and coach employees effectively Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to handle customer concerns professionally Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under pressure Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service Train, coach, and develop team members Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet company standards Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures are followed Assist with food preparation, including Mediterranean dishes and pizza Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs Help maintain labor and operational standards Lead by example and create a positive team environment Ensure company policies and procedures are followed Must have reliable form of transportation.
