Job Description
We're looking for motivated team members at West Coast Car Wash in Ludington! Founded in 2005, we've been more than a car wash—we're a team dedicated to employee growth, committed to delivering exceptional service, and proud to make a positive impact in our community. Full-time and part-time positions are available in a fun, fast-paced work environment. Come grow with us!
Primary duties include:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Operating the point-of-sale system.
- Guiding customers into the wash tunnel with a pleasant attitude and ensuring proper vehicle alignment.
- Prep exterior areas of vehicles before sending them through the wash.
- Supporting team members in daily operations to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the work area, including vacuum islands and wash bays.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Carry out periodic preventative tasks to ensure equipment stays in proper working order.
- Compliance with all safety protocols and uniform requirements.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management
