Jase Commercial Cleaning is seeking a reliable, motivated, and responsible Team Lead to manage our cleaning crew and ensure all tasks are completed to our high standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. As a Team Lead, you will oversee a team of cleaners and be responsible for the cleanliness and security of client buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff in various locations, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to Jase Commercial Cleaning's high standards. Ensure that cleaning areas are left spotless and presentable. Inspect and verify that all tasks have been completed as per the cleaning checklist. Maintain proper communication with team members and clients. Ensure all doors are locked, alarms are set, and the building is secure after cleaning. Manage and oversee the timekeeping and efficiency of the team, ensuring work is completed in a timely manner. Safely operate the company van to transport the cleaning crew and equipment to client locations. Conduct team meetings and training as necessary to maintain quality service. Report any issues or concerns to management promptly and provide solutions. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the company van and equipment. Be able to have tough conversations with employees.

Requirements:

Proven experience in commercial cleaning, leadership, or supervisory roles. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and security. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pass a background check. Be able to lift 50 pounds.
