Overview Integrity Commercial Cleaning Services LLC is hiring experienced commercial cleaners and shift supervisors for evening/night positions in Southwest Michigan. We are specifically looking for experienced cleaning professionals. This is not an entry-level cleaning position. Applicants should already understand professional cleaning standards and be capable of producing high-quality work without constant supervision. Our company services professional and medical facilities where attention to detail, reliability, and consistency are extremely important.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, offices, exam rooms and common areas Trash removal and restocking supplies Vacuuming and mopping floors Dusting and sanitizing high-touch surfaces Following facility-specific cleaning procedures Completing assigned work efficiently while maintaining a high standard Identifying and correcting cleaning issues before leaving a facility Shift Supervisor responsibilities may also include: Leading and directing a small cleaning team Assigning nightly responsibilities Inspecting completed work for quality Making sure all areas are completed before the team leaves Communicating issues directly with management Holding team members accountable for quality and attendance

Requirements:

Previous professional/commercial cleaning experience required Medical/healthcare cleaning experience strongly preferred Reliable transportation Dependable attendance Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Shift Supervisor candidates must have previous leadership or supervisory experience

$16.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience and position We are not looking to simply fill positions. We are looking for experienced, dependable people who take pride in their work and want to be part of a growing company with high standards.
