Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of fresh sandwiches, salads, and other menu items following company standards and recipes Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently Manage food service customer orders with professionalism, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation standards Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions, card payments, and giving correct change Assist customers with product selection, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction Operate kitchen equipment safely, including slicers, ovens, toasters, and refrigeration units Ensure food handling procedures comply with health regulations to guarantee food safety for all guests Support retail sales transactions when applicable, including stocking supplies and maintaining product displays Uphold a clean workspace by regularly cleaning counters, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
