Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales, cash handling, and retail transactions efficiently. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols, including bussing tables and sanitizing kitchen equipment. Support cash register operations by processing cash transactions accurately and balancing cash drawers at shift end. Contribute to operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively while following all food safety guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining or shopping experience. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math efficiently. Experience in food service customer order management, serving, bussing, and sanitation practices is desirable. Background in food industry roles such as café work, grocery store operations, or restaurant experience will support success in this role. Strong time management skills combined with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
