In this energetic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain food safety standards. Your leadership will inspire team members to perform at their best while managing the flow of service efficiently. Duties Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to meet quality standards and safety regulations Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and SpotOn POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and assist with food production and ordering to reduce waste Train new team members on food safety procedures, customer service protocols, and operational standards Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Assist with shift management tasks including scheduling, staff delegation, performance feedback, balance cash drawers, open/closing of restaurant. Requirements Proven experience in food service management or supervising teams within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and SpotOn POS for transactions and reporting Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Experience with inventory control, food safety protocols, and food handling regulations Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff through effective training & development strategies Prior experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Restaurant Shift Supervisor where your leadership fuels our success!
