To perform, support and manage all aspects of the front of house and administrative operations in the absence of other store managers. Daily tasks may include, food production, inventory management, training, and all other aspects of running a business. This position requires minimum of 20 hours a week and a viable form of transportation. Essential Functions

• Manages Store Operations as assigned by Supervisors
• Assumes all operational control in the absence of managment.
• maintains product availablity for customers
• Executes basic store opening / closing procedures and daily/ weekly reports
• Monitors and manages product quality on front of house and back of house using established processes and tools
• Ensures proper sanitation procedures are followed
• Helps handle complaints with 100% customer satisfaction according to company policy
• Participates in catering and gifting sales and fulfillment in all B2B and catering proceses
• Is able to effectively work and train all positions in front of house / Middle of house
• Communicates QA issues to management immediately
