Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Supervisor to lead our culinary team in delivering top-notch food service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food safety standards are met, and inspire a team of culinary professionals to excel. The Kitchen Supervisor will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of food quality, managing inventory, and supporting the overall dining experience for our guests. Duties Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Lead and manage kitchen staff, fostering teamwork, motivation, and professional development. Oversee food safety sanitizing procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective cost control measures. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in a food service or hospitality environment, preferably with banquet or catering background. Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food production, food handling, and cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitizing protocols, and health regulations within the food industry. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams as a chef or kitchen manager. Familiarity with inventory management, cost control strategies, and menu planning. Experience in fine dining or restaurant management is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities during shift management.
