We are looking to hire fantastic people who are motivated to provide outstanding customer service and a welcoming environment to all restaurant guests, who demonstrate professionalism in their job, and while working efficiently to complete tasks and with attention to detail to get the job done. We are searching for outgoing individuals who want to have some fun at work and will enjoy being part of a great TEAM! We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Manager Responsibilities:
Supervising and supporting front-of-house staff Training and coaching waitstaff Maintaining excellent food, drink, and customer service standards Ensuring health, safety, and quality procedures are followed Working effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment Helping increase profitability and customer satisfaction Taking initiative and proactively addressing operational issues
Manager Qualifications:
High school diploma. Restaurant or management experience or more education is generally preferred. Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles. Excellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts. Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources. Decisiveness. Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment.

$18-21 an hour
