Shift:

Full Time - Night Shift - This is a floater position. + Typical schedule is Monday-Thursday, 12:00pm-10:00pm + Must have the availability to cover the 6pm-6am shift when needed. +

Salary:

We are targeting an annual salary of $70,000-$78,000 based on experience +

+ Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling including planning driver schedules, managing routes, and ensuring deliveries are completed on time + Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement, taking responsibility for establishing and sustaining a culture where employees feel valued and motivated + Ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achieved by monitoring driver performance, analyzing KPIs, and addressing any performance gaps to meet department targets + Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety and health standards (DOT, OSHA, etc.) by conducting safety audits, ensuring driver adherence to protocols, and staying current on regulatory changes + Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance delivery schedules, customer demands, service hours, and workload, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries + Establish and maintain positive customer relationships internally and externally through regular communication collaboration to improve delivery efficiency and meet overall business objectives + Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

+ Associates Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
