Shift:
Full Time - Night Shift - This is a floater position. Typical schedule is Monday-Thursday, 12:00pm-10:00pm Must have the availability to cover the 6pm-6am shift when needed.
Salary:
We are targeting an annual salary of $70,000-$78,000 based on experience

Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and schedulingincluding planning driver schedules, managing routes, and ensuring deliveries are completed on time Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement, taking responsibility for establishing and sustaining a culture where employees feel valued and motivated Ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achievedby monitoring driver performance, analyzing KPIs, and addressing any performance gaps to meet department targets Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety and health standards (DOT, OSHA, etc.) by conducting safety audits, ensuring driver adherence to protocols, and staying current on regulatory changes Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance delivery schedules, customer demands, service hours, and workload, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries Establish and maintain positive customer relationshipsinternally and externally through regular communication collaboration to improve delivery efficiency and meet overall business objectives Other projects or duties as assigned
