Job Description

Cura Health is a healthcare provider focused on skilled nursing and patient care, with an emphasis on compassionate clinical support in facility-based settings. Our teams play an important role in creating safe, supportive environments for residents, and dietary services are a key part of delivering quality care each day. In this role, you will help support the nutritional well-being of residents by leading dietary operations that are organized, compliant, and centered on consistent service. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys combining hands-on department oversight with team support, training, and a strong commitment to resident care. Responsibilities Oversee daily dietary department operations and supervise kitchen support staff. Develop menus that meet nutritional guidelines and resident dietary needs. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards. Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control for dietary services. Help train team members and maintain consistent meal service quality. Requirements Required Qualifications Willingness to help train staff and support ongoing team development. Eligibility to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Certified Dietary Manager credential, or willingness to attend school while working toward it. 1-2 years of experience leading dietary services in a nursing home and assisted living setting. Experience leading kitchen or dietary support staff and training team members. Knowledge of nutrition planning, food safety, and sanitation compliance. Experience managing inventory, budgets, and departmental documentation for dietary services.
