Overview An exciting opportunity is available for an accomplished food and beverage leader to oversee operations across three premier golf club properties. This highly visible leadership role will be responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, financial performance, and team development throughout a growing organization that is actively investing in its clubs and positioning itself for long-term success. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $85,000 - $105,000 plus annual bonus, travel/per diem, and comprehensive benefits. Position Summary The Regional Director of Food & Beverage will provide leadership and oversight for all food and beverage operations across multiple golf club properties, including restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, snack bars, beverage cart operations, and special events. The successful candidate will partner closely with club leadership teams to ensure consistent execution of service standards, maximize profitability, improve operational efficiencies, and support ongoing enhancements throughout the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all food and beverage departments across three golf club properties. Develop and implement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction, member engagement, and overall dining experiences. Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong cost controls and financial accountability. Establish and monitor key performance indicators, budgets, forecasting, and operational benchmarks. Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing food and beverage leaders and team members. Ensure consistency in service standards, culinary quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality culture across all locations. Partner with General Managers, Executive Chefs, and club leadership teams to execute business objectives and operational improvements. Evaluate menus, programming, promotions, and special events to maximize guest engagement and profitability. Lead ongoing process improvements and operational enhancements as the organization continues to invest in and revitalize its club portfolio. Maintain compliance with all health, safety, alcohol service, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience within hospitality, golf, country club, resort, or multi-unit restaurant environments. Multi-unit leadership experience strongly preferred. Proven track record of driving operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. Strong understanding of food and beverage financials, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls. Demonstrated success developing teams and building positive service cultures. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel between properties as needed.
