As a Shift Leader, you will assist in overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service. You will lead by example, promote a positive work environment, and help drive the success of both the team and the brand. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct team members during shifts while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively. Delegate tasks efficiently and follow up to ensure completion. Maintain Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards for food quality, cleanliness, speed, and accuracy. Monitor labor, productivity, and overall shift performance. Assist with training and developing new and existing team members. Support inventory management, product preparation, and operational procedures. Ensure all opening, closing, and shift responsibilities are completed accurately and on time. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Help identify opportunities to improve operations, guest satisfaction, and team performance. Serve as a role model by demonstrating strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
