Hawaiian Bros is seeking a high-performing Assistant Manager who is eager to grow, develop, and advance into higher levels of restaurant leadership. This role is ideal for someone with strong restaurant or retail management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and has the ambition to grow into future opportunities such as Assistant General Manager, or General Manager. What You'll Do Lead the Team Support daily restaurant operations alongside the management team Coach, motivate, and develop team members Lead shifts while maintaining a positive, high-energy culture Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members Model Hawaiian Bros' Core Values and Aloha Spirit Deliver Great Guest Experiences Ensure every guest receives exceptional service Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly Create a welcoming environment for guests and teammates alike Drive Operational Excellence Maintain food quality, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards Support inventory, labor, and operational goals Ensure procedures and standards are consistently followed Assist with scheduling and daily restaurant priorities Grow as a Leader Participate in leadership development and coaching opportunities Learn the operational and financial aspects of restaurant management Build the skills necessary for future advancement within Hawaiian Bros What We're Looking For Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or service-industry leadership experience Proven ability to lead and motivate a team Strong work ethic and sense of accountability Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Desire and ambition to advance into higher leadership roles Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Hawaiian Bros?
