$17/hour starting base pay + tips | Approximately $21/hour including tips Sourdough & Co. in Des Peres is looking for an experienced, dependable Shift Supervisor to help lead our team and keep daily restaurant operations running smoothly. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, communicates effectively, and understands how to keep a team organized in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Estimated total earnings of approximately $21.00 per hour including tips. Actual earnings including tips will vary. Responsibilities Lead and support team members throughout daily shifts. Assign positions and help coordinate breaks and shift responsibilities. Ensure sandwiches and other menu items are prepared accurately and consistently. Maintain excellent guest service and help resolve customer concerns. Follow food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and quality standards. Oversee stocking, food preparation, and organization throughout the shift. Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned. Support training and development of team members. Communicate operational needs, staffing concerns, and inventory needs to management. Lead by example and help maintain a positive, accountable team environment. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience with supervisory or shift-lead responsibilities required. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable taking responsibility. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and consistent product quality.
