We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, with shifts ranging from early mornings through evenings. SHIFT LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Shift Leader, you will help lead the restaurant team and ensure our guests receive quality food, exceptional service, and a clean, welcoming restaurant every time.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting team members during assigned shifts Providing friendly, attentive customer service Ensuring food quality, accuracy, and cleanliness standards are met Helping maintain an organized and efficient restaurant Coaching and motivating team members Assisting management with day-to-day restaurant operations Creating a positive experience for both guests and employees

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

At least 6 months of food service or restaurant experience preferred Breakfast and drive-thru experience is a plus Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lead, motivate, and work as part of a team Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn, be coached, and continue developing leadership skills Valid driver's license Ability to successfully complete a criminal background screening
