Supervisor is responsible for daily supervision of hourly employees ensuring that both customer service and internal measurements are held to the highest standards.Primary Accountabilities:
Customer Service- Provide all customers served by this facility with quality products and services in a timely, accurate manner which is consistent with corporate goals and objectives. Expense and Productivity
- Monitor all facets of department activities to ensure that productivity and expense controls are consistent with budget goals and objectives. Human Resources
- Maintain a non-union environment which fosters an atmosphere that encourages teamwork among employees, promotes superior levels of achievement, and reduces employee turnover. Maintain acceptable levels on employee opinion surveys. Asset Management
- Monitor proper use of equipment and utilization of manpower to achieve facility goals. Maintain acceptable accuracy levels and control inventory shrinkage. Compliance
- Operate department in a manner that complies with all federal, state and local regulations as well as Orgill corporate compliance narrative.
