The Director of EVS & Nutrition is ultimately responsible for the overall functions of Nutrition, EVS, and linen services. He/she plans and supervises activities of the department to provide service for customers, team members and visitors. In addition, the Director of EVS & Nutrition provides technical guidance and administrative direction over food planning, and preparation, training of all support services team members, cleanliness of the facility, and ensuring all departments are survey ready at all times. He/she will ensure all safety practices are followed and in accordance with facility guidelines.
