Morning and Evening Shift available Own the Shift. Elevate the Team. The guest experience is only as strong as the shift leader running it. You'll set the standard, coach your team to meet it, and keep speed, accuracy, and hospitality high through every rush. Responsibilities Lead the shift with energy, structure, and consistency Coach team members and hold them accountable to the FAST standard Keep quality, cleanliness, speed, and accuracy on target Stay composed and prioritize under pressure Communicate clearly and respectfully with your team and management What to Expect You'll be responsible for results during peak periods and for addressing performance directly and respectfully. This role suits someone who is comfortable being accountable and holding others to a high standard. Reliable attendance is essential, since your team depends on you being there.
